Box contents are often changed to reflect seasonal changes and supply of Australian fruit and veggies.
Each week we ensure to offer a great variety of products and value in our mixed boxes which include a supply of classic staple fruit and/or veggies plus a mix of seasonal favourites.
To view a box's content go to "This Week's Box" and click on the box name or picture. (This option is available for standard boxes only, and not for custom boxes.)
Contents of the fruit and fruit/veggie boxes change constantly to reflect seasonal supplies of Australian fruit and veggies. Selecting a set mixed box provides you with the most value and variety of quality fruit and veggies.
You can change the content of a box if you have an ongoing weekly order. Please use this form to let us know what fruits do you like.
Also if you would like to add extra products to your box, simply select your desired product in either the fruit or veggie pages and add the quantity required accordingly. For example, if you want to add extra oranges to your standard box order, then go to fruits page then select oranges and enter the extra quantity required. This will now be added to your order and delivered with your standard box order.
If you find that the contents of the set fruit and veg boxes do not suit your office needs, we recommend you simply select your fruit and veg requirements via the regular fruit and veg shopping pages. This way you can ensure you get exactly what your office needs.

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. All our customers' personal details are stored confidentially at all times.
Once you have received your login details from us, simply "sign in" by using your username and password. Click the 'Shop Now' button at the top of the page then select a category and browse through the items. Select the product you would like delivered to your office. Products you select will now be placed in your shopping cart.
Once you are satisfied with your order simply press the "check out" button and you will be taken to the final step of finalising your order.
You can change the order frequency of the items you have ordered by changing the toggle in your shopping cart from "once off" to "weekly" to "fortnightly". Using this user friendly process means that you can set up a regular reocurring order, a once off order or a fortnightly order. Remember you can select any or all of your products under each of these order frequencies.
The cut-off time for submitting orders is 12 pm on the day before your scheduled delivery day (12 pm on Fridays for Mondays deliveries).

We deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
You can choose to receive your order during normal office hours or before your office opens (in this case we will need access to your location). Contact us to find out more about these options.
There are two ways to check if we deliver to your area. Type your postcode in the sign up box to see if we deliver to your area or call 02 9056 7411 and speak to our friendly team.

Now delivering to most of Sydney
If your will be closed or you know you won't be needing the regular items delivered, please ensure that you create a delivery break on your order. It's simple to do so.
Go to My Account section, then Order Break and place a break on your order over a specific time. Your orders will automatically stop during this time and recommence as you have nominated. Or contact us before your delivery cut-off times and we will place the break on your account.

Yes, your order can be changed to suit your needs.
Our user-friendly website will allow you to select either all OR part of your order as regular weekly recurring orders, a once-off order or a fortnightly order. Note when you add an item to your shopping cart, a frequency toggle is located near the item name. Simply change the toggle to suit your needs. You can change the order frequency of any or all of your shopping cart to either "weekly", "fortnightly"or "once-off". A delivery date will be displayed beneath the name of each item in your shopping cart so you will know exactly what to expect at each delivery day.
You can view your upcoming orders by logging into your account, then select the Orders & Deliveries tab to see a full calendar view of your future orders.
We deliver your entire order to you on one convenient delivery. You have until 12pm on the day before your selected delivery day to change/edit or add to your order.
No. You can order at your own convenience - either a once off, weekly or fortnighlty. Our user friendly ordering system also allows you to amend your order so that you can have certain products on your order delivered as a recurring weekly order and others as only one off orders or fortnightly.
Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or EFT (after each delivery or monthly).
You can choose to safely store your credit card details on your profile from My Account section under Payment Details. Charging your credit card will happen on the delivery day or when we issue the tax invoice, depending on your chosen option. You will recieve an email receipt when your credit card has been charged.
You can also view any of your current or past invoices from My Account section / My Invoices. Please contact us if you wish to receive monthly consolidated tax invoices.
On the delivery day you will receive an email notification about any out of stock items. This email will arrive between 9am and 5 pm. We will notify what items are missing from your delivery and we will either refund you, adust your invoice or apply a credit (depending on your payment method).
If you notice something is missing and you didn't receive any email notification, or the missing item is not listed on your notification, please let us know by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Favourites are designed to make your shopping easier.
You can add any products to your Favourites by clicking on the grey heart icon below the product image in the bottom right hand corner. Once you click on the heart it will turn green and it is then a Favourite.
If you wish to remove an item click on the green heart and it will turn back to grey.
You can view all your Favourites in one place by clicking on the Favourites tab in the main navigation menu, or wherever you see the link. You will then be able to shop from this page, adding some, or all your Favourites directly into your trolley.
Your Favourite items will also appear in search results, or when you browse around the site, making it easier for you to find the products you like.
From time to time some products might go out of stock. You will not be able to see these items in your Favourites until they come back into stock later. Then you will be able to purchase them again.
If an item is permanently discontinued, we will remove it from the site and it will no longer be in your Favourites.
You can remove any products you wish from your Favourites list buy simply clicking on the green heart.
The green heart will turn grey and it is then automatically removed from your Favourites list.
You can add all the items saved on your Favourites list by clicking on the Add All button.
Or, you can choose to add individual items, just by clicking on the Add buttons.
